This kit is sealed, and has no information on the package, but I was able to peek inside somewhat and can see that the kit is designed by Beth Grubb of Dew Drop Designs. I believe fabric is tear-away so you create this to go on top like shown in the photo, but I imagine you could also use it on a tote bag, pillow cover, or any other fabric project.

Kit includes instructions, DMC floss, and fabric for stitching.
