This is an original 1902 sepia photogravure of the 1654 oil painting by the Dutch Golden Age master artist, Rembrandt (1606-1669), of a portrait of Jan Six (1618-1700), the Dutch magistrate and burgomaster, writer, art collector, and patron of Rembrandt. Please note the plate impression and deckle edge along the right and bottom margin.
